Bathroom Japandi

The main focus of this compact bathroom was one key consideration. How to combine maximum storage with a calm, spacious feel. All essential functions have been carefully integrated into the design. This includes storage for towels, cleaning supplies, and toiletries, as well as a concealed laundry basket. Built-in storage solutions are seamlessly incorporated into the space, avoiding the need for standalone cabinets or cluttered elements. The result is a clean, organised layout where function and form work together.

The aesthetic is minimalist and warm, built on a base of neutral tones like sand, light grey, and soft wood finishes. Materials such as travertine, oak veneer, and lightly textured lacquered surfaces add subtle contrast and depth without overwhelming the room. The shower area is defined by a distinct material palette that highlights its function while maintaining a unified atmosphere. Built-in niches within the shower system provide practical storage without interrupting the visual flow. Every element has been thoughtfully considered, resulting in a functional and refined space.

Maximised Use

The floor plan shows how efficiently the available space has been used. Upon entering, the storage area is immediately to the left against the transverse wall. Custom cabinets have been designed here to hold towels, detergents, and other daily essentials. By integrating these storage solutions into the wall, the rest of the space remains open and calm. The shower runs along the longest wall and is visually defined by a subtly different material. This gives it a clear function without closing it off from the rest of the room. Built-in niches are integrated into the shower system and take up no additional space. The layout ensures a logical flow, clarity, and a sense of spaciousness despite the compact footprint
