The Brink, a multifunctional break space, was the focal point of this project. A design was developed to enhance the relationship between the Brink and the adjacent courtyard, improving the flow and connectivity between the two spaces.

To achieve this, a significant portion of the catering area was reconfigured and streamlined, resulting in a more spacious and efficient passageway. This transformation greatly enhanced the overall experience of the area, creating a sense of openness and transparency.

The student’s living environment received a tremendous boost through this renovation. Their wishes were taken into careful consideration, resulting in a total metamorphosis that encompassed new colors, sustainable materials, lush greenery, and striking lighting.
